Excellent for preparing yeast dough very quickly – when shaken in the closed bowl, the content becomes perfectly mixed and rises up to two times faster thanks to the airtight lid and gel warmer. You do not need to check the rising time – the lid on the bowl becomes visibly bulged when the dough has risen completely. The bowl and the stand are dishwasher safe.
