SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping to Italy, Republic of San Marino and Vatican City:
for orders (net of discount) up to € 19,99, shipping charge € 9,90
for orders (net of discount) from € 20,00 to € 69,99, shipping charge € 6,90
for orders (net of discount) from € 70,00 to € 98,99, shipping charge € 3,90
for orders (net of discount) over € 99,00, free shipping.
Shipping costs do not vary according to weight and volume of the goods.
Order fulfillment is expected within 24 / 72 working hours from the date of receipt of payment.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number so that you can track the shipping directly on the courier's website. Barring any delays and/or restrictions ascribable to BRT, delivery will take 24 to 72 business hours from receipt of notification.
RECEPTION OF GOODS
Upon delivery, please check:
that the number of parcels on the waybill corresponds to the number of delivered parcels;
that the package is instact and undamaged;
any external damage to the package must be reported immediately to the delivering carrier
any damages to the goods must be reported (accompanied by pictures and/or video clearly showing the damage) to
shop@tescoma.it
NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS after delivery
in the event of transport damage, good will be refunded with the same payment method used for the purchase (shipping costs excluded)
FAILURE TO COLLECT
In case of failure to collect goods following 2 attempts by the courier and in the absence of precise arrangements for redelivery, goods will be returned to sender.
Any transportation costs will be deducted from the refund.
