The undersigned Company Tescoma Spa with registered office in Cazzago San Martino, Traversa Caduti del Lavoro 3, C.F. 01873360984, P.IVA 03471750178 ISCR. R.A.E.E IT080700005349 - Batteries and Acc. IT09060P00001240 - R.E.A. No. 363317, in order to encourage the dissemination and sale of the products it markets, as well as the information and dissemination of its loyalty program, intends to promote this initiative as detailed below.

Addressees
All clientele of users over 18 years of age, resident or domiciled in Italy (including foreigners in possession of a regular residence permit) who adhere to the present Tescoma Fidelity Club Program and make purchases in the participating points of sale (Tescoma Stores), listed on the website tescomaonline.com. Employees or collaborators of the Promoting Company are excluded from participation in this Program. For clarification purposes, it is also specified that VAT holders are also excluded.

Territory
Italian domestic territory.

Duration
Sept. 30, 2023 to Dec. 31, 2026, prize application by Jan. 31, 2027.

All products marketed in the Promoting Company's stores.

REGULATION
This promotion is aimed at all end consumers who, during the period from 09/30/2023 to 12/31/2026, can apply for membership in the Tescoma Fidelity Club Program. Membership will give them the opportunity to accumulate reward points for each purchase made.Upon reaching the thresholds specified below, consumers will be entitled to receive discounts on subsequent purchases at the participating stores where previous purchases were made.

Enrollment and points accumulation
To join the Program, the consumer must apply:
- By going to a participating store (list available on tescomaonline.com) and asking the staff;
- By filling the form on tescomaonline.com
For both registration methods, the following data will be required: first name, last name, date of birth, e-mail; it will also be mandatory to accept personal data processing for the purpose of participation in this Program.
Subscribing to the Tescoma Fidelity Club Program is totally free of charge and no cost will be attributed to the end consumer who applies.

Throughout the term of the Tescoma Fidelity Club Program, for each purchase by the Program member, ONE POINT PER EACH EURO SPENT will be automatically credited at checkout for purchases made in store and on tescomaonline.com as per receipt/online order, excluding any delivery charges.
Subscription to the Tescoma Fidelity Club Program is valid in store and online, regardless of their type and denomination, and entitles to the same benefits at all of the above points of sale.
Purchasing Tescoma Gift Cards will entitle to the accumulation of as many points as the value of the Gift Cards themselves, while purchases paid with a Gift Card will not allow the accrual of points. In case of partial payments with Gift Cards, points will be credited only for the sum paid with a different payment method.
For in-store purchases, the accrued points will be credited directly at checkout and the total balance will appear on the receipt, subject to technical limitations due to momentary unavailability of connection with the Promoter's central software. For online purchases, the updated balance will be available on tescomaonline.com once the order is delivered.
Accrued points will entitle the User to a discount that can be used for the purchase of goods of the same kind as those purchased, except for the purchase of Gift Cards.
The User may decide to redeem the discount as soon as the first threshold is reached or continue the collection until the next threshold is reached.
Partial use of the discount or re-crediting of unused expired points are not possible.
Upon reaching the required score, the Program Member will be able to apply for the coupon no later than 01/31/2027 in the following manner.

Thresholds and Benefits
For each €1.00 spent (shipping costs excluded) 1 point will be credited; the total of the receipt/online order will be rounded: down in case of decimal amounts from €0.01 to €0.50, up in case of decimal amounts from €0.51 to €0.99). As an example, if a user’s purchase amounts €41.35, 41 points will be credited, if the purchase amounts €41.80, 42 points will be credited.

REWARD THRESHOLDS
- 150 points = 1 coupon with discount worth €7,50
- 250 points = 1 coupon with discount worth € 15,00
- 400 points = points = 1 coupon with discount worth € 30,00

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
The following benefits are also reserved for members of the Tescoma Fidelity Club Program:
- Welcome points for enrollment in the Fidelity Program: + 20 points credited on a one-time basis upon enrollment in the Program
- Birthday Points: + 50 points credited one-time on Member's birthday
- Free shipping for orders on tescomaonline.com: 1 free shipping for every 3 orders placed and correctly delivered

Tescoma reserves the right to grant more points for certain items and for certain periods, or to dedicate special promotions to Program Members. In this case, ample information will be given to recipients through communication both in store and on the website.
Discount coupon description, how to apply and conditions for redemption:

Coupons are valid until 02/28/2027 and will be delivered as soon as they are requested.
It’s to be noted that points can be accumulated indiscriminately for in-store or online purchases on tescomaonline.com, and will converge into a single total. Coupons can be redeemed and spent in two different ways:
- In store coupons will be printed by the staff directly at the checkout and can only be spent on in-store purchases
- Online on tescomaonline.com coupons will be sent by email; after that they can be viewed in the user's profile and are only valid for online orders.
Accrued discount points may not be used to purchase Tescoma Gift Cards.
Users holding a Tescoma Gift Card can pay for the whole amount of the purchase/order or part of it with the Gift Card.

It is also specified that:
- the Program subscription is free of charge; the sole cost of connecting to the website is paid by the member, depending on the configuration of the computer used and the connection contract. Site connection is only required to view points balance and discount coupons.
- Pursuant to the law, Tescoma S.p.A. reserves the right at any time, to modify all or part of these regulations and/or to temporarily or permanently suspend the Loyalty Program by giving timely notice to customers in the form and manner required by law, without prejudice in any case to the rights acquired by Program Members;
- Publicity: the content of the promotion will be communicated using the following means: website, in-store posters, e-mail, sms and whatsapp, facebook and instagram.
- These terms and conditions can be found on the application form and on tescomaonline.com.
- Deposit: as provided for in Decree Law No. 91 of June 24, 2014 (so-called Growth Decree) published in the Official Gazette August 20, 2014, regarding the simplification of the procedure in the field of Prize Events, the document regarding the deposit is no longer necessary.• Processing of personal data: data provided by the participant will be processed in accordance with national and European legislation in force and, always, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and the rights of the person concerned, in order to provide the products/services requested. Some of these data are necessary for the purpose of enrollment in the loyalty program, others are optional and will be used, with your consent, for purposes of commercial information (by Tescoma), profiling or market research, direct marketing, including through the use of automated methods (e.g. email, sms, mail).
